This 8 session package is built to give you a strong jumpstart toward your goals. Most clients choose to train twice a week over the course of a month, then either continue at that pace or upgrade their plan based on how they’re feeling. Ultimately, the pace and direction are up to you, you’re in control of your journey.
The 12 session package is ideal for building consistency and momentum. Many clients train 2–3 times per week, allowing for deeper progress in both movement and habit-building over a longer stretch. It’s a great option if you’re ready to commit to real change, with the flexibility to adjust your pace as you go. You set the tone, this is your process, and I’m here to support it.

With consistent training, typically 2 to 3 times per week, you’ll have the time and support to make real, lasting progress in strength, mobility, and overall lifestyle habits.
